Brennan Liu 

Managing Partner



Brennan focuses on sourcing new investment opportunities, engaging middle-to-lower market businesses, and supporting relationships with Totality’s capital partners. Having contributed to over $300 million in transaction value, he is actively involved throughout the deal process, from initial company introductions through signed LOI. Prior to co-founding Totality Ventures, Brennan worked at a private equity firm based in Tennessee.



Brennan is a graduate of the University of Mississippi and lives in East Tennessee with his wife and son. When he's not working, he enjoys spending time with family, watching college football, and enjoying everything Tennessee has to offer.
